What types of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Credit card payments may be made through Paypal. Personal checks and money orders are expected within 10 days of purchase. Personal checks are held for a 7 day clearing period prior to shipping. Personal checks and money orders should be made out to Kimber Baldwin Designs and can be mailed to the address below:

What about sales tax?

All purchases shipped to Ohio are charged Ohio state sales tax for the county to which the package is shipped.

All customs and/or duty charges for international orders are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser.

I put an item in my cart, but it is no longer there. What happened?

While we would love to be able to give everyone the item they want when they want it, the nature of hand-dyed yarns is such that we have a limited inventory. Please understand that all orders are first come, first served. There is an "In Stock" amount listed for each item. This amount is updated as orders are placed. However, it is possible that someone may place an order and get the item before you if inventory is low. We apologize that we are not miracle-workers... we try... we really do. But, we still have a few more training classes with the Wizard of Oz before we're certified "Miracle Workers". We'll let you know when graduation is. :)

Do you take international orders?

Yes, we do! We currently can not calculate shipping for international orders in the store. So, the online ordering process is a little different than normal. For online international orders:

  • Add your items to the cart and click Checkout.
  • Select "Paypal (International Orders)" as your payment method and submit the order. (Your items will be taken out of inventory even though you haven't given us the money yet.)
  • Once we are notified of your order, we will calculate the appropriate shipping and send you a Paypal invoice.
  • When you receive the invoice, pay us through Paypal.
  • We will ship your order as soon as we receive payment.

We understand the process is a bit cumbersome at the moment. We appreciate your patience. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us via email to place your order.

I want a specific color combination. Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We have over 500 custom blended colors in stock and can easily customize colorways. Simply send me an email at kimberba@kimberbaldwindesigns.com with the specifications for your custom color combination and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
